    Event Highlights The Gender Harmony: Sensitization & POSH Workshop, organized by the College Internal Complaints Committee (CICC), was a remarkable event. Presided over by Dr. Mohammed Riyaz Ahmed, Principal of HKBKCE, and guided by the expertise of Dr. Padmakshi Lokesh, an eminent clinical psychologist and global motivational speaker, the workshop provided invaluable insights into gender sensitivity and the POSH Act, 2013. The focus was on fostering harassment-free workplaces through interactive sessions that addressed unconscious biases, broke stereotypes, and built empathy. Attendees were equipped with practical tools to implement POSH guidelines effectively through engaging case studies and role-plays. The event left a profound impact, empowering individuals to create inclusive, respectful, and safe professional environments, reinforcing HKBKCE’s commitment to promoting gender harmony.
